The Senior CRM Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Digital Learning department by spearheading strategic initiatives related to Salesforce platforms. This role encompasses conducting comprehensive business analysis, overseeing solution implementation, configuration, and the development of enhancements within the Salesforce ecosystem. The analyst will also explore emerging technologies relevant to Salesforce Education Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage daily Salesforce operations, including user oversight, system configuration, and data maintenance. Implement customizations and develop reports to deliver actionable insights.
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Conduct thorough analyses to define requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Project Management: Lead Salesforce-related projects, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful execution.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategies by providing insights based on Salesforce data. Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and best practices to enhance system utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.

Preferred Experience:

  • Three or more years of experience in CRM technologies.
  • Experience in a higher education environment.
  • Understanding of ETL technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
