As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Salesforce, you'll lead large-scale initiatives across our Technology & Products organizations. You'll partner with executives and key partners to drive critical programs, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication.

The Senior Technical Program Manager for Data Cloud will own technical program management across Data Cloud product and engineering functions. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive strategy, plan, organize, and execute key initiatives. Your primary focus will be collaborating with cross-cloud teams across C360 and Salesforce. This role requires strong representation of the Data Cloud team's release plan, priorities, and business requirements to groups throughout the organization.

Your Impact
  • Lead programs by aligning scope, release planning, and teams on vision and business goals, crafting program structure, and securing cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive teams through software engineering experiences using Agile and analytical skills.
  • Facilitate Steering Committee meetings with key partners to make decisions, remove obstacles, and address key issues.
  • Develop strong partnerships with functional team members to drive focus on business goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings.
  • Anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals.
  • Provide monthly program reviews and updates at sprint reviews.
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and learning.
  • Be a catalyst within the organization, advancing Product & Technology strategy globally.
  • Lead collaboration with teams in multiple locations and timezones.
Requirements
  • 8+ years managing complex initiatives & projects from initiation to completion in a SaaS/PaaS based Product Development organization.
  • Able to successfully partner with all functions across the entire company.
  • Experience with product development lifecycle and software development lifecycle, practicing Lean and Agile principles.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize work and others to align with organizational vision and goals.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to execute and manage performance expectations in a cross-functional matrix management environment.
  • Experience overcoming challenges of managing projects with remote and global team members.

Estimated salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Location not specified, but estimated salary range is based on industry standards for similar roles in San Francisco, CA.
