Position Overview:
Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) division, a leader in advanced weapon systems and services, is on the lookout for an experienced Industrial Security Representative/Security Program Officer to become a vital part of our Program Security team.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will undertake the role of Industrial Program Security Representative for a significant initiative, encompassing both Collateral and Special Access Program (SAP) responsibilities. This includes:
  • Overseeing all facets of security, including personnel, physical, technical, and policy guidance.
  • Conducting classification management in accordance with DoD 5205 Series, 32 CFR Part 117, and other relevant regulations.
  • Facilitating program briefings and presentations, as well as managing Program Access Requests (PAR).
  • Providing support for classified meetings, program management, security education, and classified shipments.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Secret Security Clearance with the capability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
  • The ability to secure and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access.
  • Experience in providing security support within a SAP environment.
  • A solid understanding of DoD SAP Manuals and NISPOM.
  • Prior experience in program security within a classified setting.

Preferred Skills:
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong collaboration skills with government partners, security counterparts, and program managers.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in DISS and JADE systems.
  • ICD-705 Certification.

Security Clearance Requirement:
This position mandates a government security clearance, and candidates must be U.S. Citizens to be considered.

Work Environment:
This role is designated as onsite full-time, performed at a Lockheed Martin facility. We offer a variety of flexible work schedules, including condensed workweeks that allow for additional time away from the office, alongside our Paid Time Off benefits.
