Position Overview:
Join Diedre Moire Corporation as a Mechatronics Automation Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our advanced automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to automation systems.
  • Perform electrical repairs, including wiring and sensor replacements.
  • Complete Work Orders and Scheduled Preventative Maintenance for highly automated packaging facilities.
  • Design and layout electrical projects effectively.
  • Order and specify the correct components for various projects.
  • Oversee external contractors during project installations.
  • Establish and implement preventive maintenance protocols for process control systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement approved changes.
  • Calibrate and maintain both pneumatic and electronic instrumentation.
  • Ensure all critical control equipment is calibrated and functioning optimally.
  • Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, controls, electrical components, mechanical systems, and PLCs.
  • Program and integrate automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and integrate PLC equipment effectively.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Allen Bradley programmable logic controllers.
  • Repair AC frequency controlled drives as needed.
  • Update programs and process flow diagrams regularly.
  • Manage inventory of electronic replacement parts efficiently.

Qualifications:
