We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team at Covenant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire or Texas Graduate Nurse Permit upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
