Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU West department.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices in critical care nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Texas Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire date.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire date.
  • 1+ years of RN experience.
