Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the ICU West department at Covenant Health. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Texas Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of RN experience in a critical care setting
