Position Highlights:

  • No prior dialysis experience is necessary.
  • Training may occur in various facilities or training clinics.
  • Flexibility to float between different clinics is required.
  • Availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is essential.

  • Supervise a group of patients with the assistance of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) for patient monitoring and machine setup.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited nursing school is required; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or a three-year diploma from an accredited program may be considered.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
  • Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
