CRNA Position Available in Boca Raton, FL

Envision Physician Services is actively seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for both full-time and part-time roles within our Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) located in Boca Raton and nearby regions. This position offers a unique work-life balance with no on-call responsibilities.
Key Features of the Role:
- Work Environment: 100% outpatient setting across various ASCs.
- Schedule: Flexible 4 or 5 days per week, typically from 7 AM to 3 PM, with occasional extensions until 5 PM.
- Team Structure: Collaborate within a care team model consisting of 15 Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs.
- Case Mix: Engage in a diverse range of cases, including Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Spine, and Ophthalmology.
Candidate Requirements:
Ideal candidates should possess experience in managing outpatient cases and demonstrate adaptability to work across multiple locations. A commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and dedication is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package with potential earnings up to $187K, including incentive opportunities.
- Attractive $75K start date bonus for full-time positions.
