Anesthesia Care Specialist Job

Pacific Companies is hiring a skilled Anesthesia Care Specialist to work in our Critical Access Hospital. This role involves collaborating with anesthesiologists to deliver high-quality patient care, managing pain and anesthesia, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Tasks:
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop anesthesia plans
  • Administer anesthesia and pain management according to established protocols
  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Board Certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant or eligible to sit for certification exam
  • Valid state license

Workplace and Schedule: Our hospital features 3 ORs, a cysto suite, and an endoscopy suite, offering a dynamic work environment. We operate Monday - Thursday, 7a-3p (10-hour shifts), with an average patient load of approximately 12 cases per day.
Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 annual salary, negotiable based on experience.
