Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to lead our outpatient cardiology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff in an outpatient cardiology setting
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to achieve clinical goals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Acute care facility experience preferred
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • ACLS certification required
