About the RoleAs a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the health and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical needs and develop plans to address those needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas. You will also need to have current CPR certification.
