Job Opportunity: Skilled Pediatric Nurse

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children in Pearland, TX.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN/LVN to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to children with complex medical needs, promoting their growth and development, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in pediatric care
Requirements:
  • Current RN/LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
