Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to medically fragile children in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to children with complex medical needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current valid license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas. You will also need to have current CPR certification and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to pediatric patients.
