Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Nurse - RN/LVN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. As a RN/LVN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes.

Job Summary:

As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct, one-on-one medical care to patients in their homes
  • Conducting ongoing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Coordinating care with other healthcare professionals
  • Educating family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active RN or LPN/LVN license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
