About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Solutions Director at RT Specialty. This is a key role that will play a crucial part in positioning RT Connector as the premier solution for digitalized insurance capacity in the US wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Assist the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) in cultivating digital channel opportunities by assessing strategic partnership potential and analyzing key statistical measures.
  • Client Feedback and Improvement: Solicit and organize stakeholder feedback to identify areas of improvement for the RT Connector platform, and assist in the development and execution of impactful measures to enhance the user experience.
  • Client Support and Training: Collaborate with sales and RT Connector support teams to understand and disseminate client feedback, and act as a key escalation point for any workflow and operational issues.
  • Carrier Projects and Relationship Building: Work at the direction of the CUO to support carrier projects, and create relationships and collaborate with other Ryan Specialty departments as needed.
  • Platform Content Maintenance: Work with the RT corporate marketing team to maintain platform content, internal and external, ensuring that RT Specialty and retail agents have complete and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of insurance industry experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in PPT and Excel.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to manage day-to-day tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-moving company environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Team player with a problem-solving aptitude.
