Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Analyst II to join our team at Strategic Data Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial management support to the Navy in various areas, including financial analysis, forecasting, and project-based financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, and analyze financial data to make recommendations to the Government.
  • Develop and refine business processes, specifically in financial practices for all projects.
  • Support and participate in LEAN events and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) events.
  • Interview managers and employees to understand organizational culture and internal processes.
  • Prepare and solve mathematical models to provide solutions to problems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a government environment (Navy preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience performing financial management using Department of Defense financial systems and tools.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance.
