About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our team at Inovalon. As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and resolve data entry errors and discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain a repository of systems, objects, fields, forms, and workflows to ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
  • Manage ownership of key data elements and collaborate with business teams to ensure changes are properly implemented
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of data analytics processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide clarity on field values, calculations, and reporting to improve internal understanding and customer interaction
  • Collaborate with business process subject matter experts to develop mechanisms and rulesets to validate data accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures, and mission statement
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of related experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong ability to research complex systems and data sets
  • Ability to manage projects and drive improvement
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Education

BA/BS in computer science, statistics, economics, finance, or related field or equivalent relevant experience

Work Environment

This role requires 2 days in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in our Minneapolis, MN office. Sedentary work with occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 10 pounds. Travel for this position will include less than 0% locally for training purposes.
