Role Purpose

The Outreach Strategy Manager will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). As a dynamic Access Control Manufacturer and Software Provider, we seek a driven and independent professional with a strong background in content creation for Outreach and Call Centers. This role is pivotal in generating internal demand for both End User leads and new Dealer partnerships. The Outreach Strategy Manager will operate remotely and will be instrumental in expanding the Land Team's reach. You will be expected to devise innovative ideas and content to stimulate demand for our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting weekly and monthly analysis of outreach content
  • Creating engaging content to attract both end users and dealer leads
  • Ensuring timely lead transfer
  • Collaborating closely with the CRO to qualify leads
  • Meeting all monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Acting as a resource across the organization to foster alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Access Control and/or physical security
  • At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Outreach
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in multitasking
