Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Services Manager to oversee and coordinate the construction and expansion of facilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all construction projects from initiation to completion, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Prepare and review project contracts, vendor contracts, change orders, and other legal documents in collaboration with the legal and procurement teams.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with executive stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and delays, implementing effective solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that construction projects adhere to quality standards, industry best practices, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in construction management, and in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • 4 Year / bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study.
  • Project or construction management experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Teams and Word.
  • Self-starter, confident personality with a strong customer/client focus.
  • Demonstrates problem solving /analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Detail orientated, patient, and quality-orientated.
