Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the nursing operations of our practice, including staffing, scheduling, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our Practice Administrator, Office Managers, and Providers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of clinical support staff.
  • Provide direct patient care and lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care and service.
  • Coordinate and participate in training programs for staff, including CPR, OSHA, and HIPAA.
  • Monitor and submit temperature logs to MDPH monthly with vaccine orders.
  • Oversee the Synagis program and organize vaccine clinics.
  • Meet monthly with our Lab Consultant to discuss laboratory operations and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and track medical supplies and biohazard logs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting, preferably in pediatrics.
  • Experience with Epic and POC testing, phlebotomy preferred.
  • Massachusetts RN or LPN License required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
