Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our restaurant operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across our district.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and profit data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement customer experience initiatives to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of restaurant operations experience, preferably in a multi-unit management role.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
