### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
* Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones
* Procure necessary materials, equipment, and resources, and manage subcontractor relationships effectively
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor work progress, safety, and quality compliance, and address any issues or concerns
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and manage change orders
* Maintain clear and open communication with project team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports as required
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle

### Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time
* Multifamily project experience
* Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical
* Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
* Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
