  • Customer Service
    • Welcome and greet customers warmly upon their arrival, whether in the lobby or at the drive-up window
    • Assist customers while operating the cash register to take orders accurately, manage cash, provide correct change, and reconcile the register before and after the shift with the Manager on Duty
    • Enhance the customer experience by suggesting additional items, offering drink refills, providing plates and napkins, and addressing customer queries
  • Food Preparation
    • Prepare for the shift by completing food prep, stocking, and pre-topping pizzas to ensure readiness for sales
    • Set up the next shift for success by finishing food prep, stocking prep-tables, and freezer pulls
    • Follow precise food recipes when preparing subs, pizzas, and salads for customers
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Maintain restaurant cleanliness by cleaning and mopping the lobby, restrooms, and kitchen as necessary
    • Fold pizza boxes
  • Communication
    • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors in-person or via telephone
    • Process customer orders taken over the phone

Requirements

  • Must be capable of safely performing the essential job functions while meeting productivity benchmarks
  • Capable of standing and/or walking throughout the entire shift
  • Able to consistently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Occasional bending and twisting
