Job Description

Myan Management Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multifamily residential properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing net revenue, enhancing property value, and ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of assistant managers, leasing agents, maintenance supervisors, and other support staff to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve leasing and revenue goals.
  • Establish and execute effective resident retention plans, including positive customer relations and timely issue resolution.
  • Accurately record property income, expenses, and financial data, adhering to budget and policy guidelines.
  • Manage administrative functions, including lease paperwork, reports, and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to address employee performance issues, safety concerns, and potential liability claims.
  • Hire, train, and develop personnel in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies.
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient property operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of management/supervisory experience in multifamily residential property management.
  • Service industry experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Drug-free.
