Salary Range
$125,300-$159,800 annually, depending on experience. Competitive pay with opportunities for growth and development.

Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical services, including clinical counseling, assessments, and monitoring for patients. They will engage in provider outreach, conduct quality control checks, and participate in employee training and special projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate computer applications and collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Provides clinical counseling and assessment for patients, ensuring safe and effective medication regimens
* Engages in provider outreach to optimize therapy and remove barriers to care
* Conducts quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Participates in employee training and special projects as needed

Requirements
* Active Oregon Pharmacist license
* Four to six years related experience working in a pharmacy, preferably in a specialty pharmacy environment
* Certification in Specialty Pharmacy
