Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Remote Healthcare Actuary Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare actuarial analytics, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Lead the actuarial analytics team
  • Produce high-quality pricing, forecasting, and reserving deliverables
  • Coach and develop direct reports
  • Mentor Actuarial Analysts
  • Meet the requirements listed below
Requirements:
  • Residency in Washington, Oregon, or California
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Social Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • ASA or FSA designation; higher level of certification a plus
  • At least 7 years of experience in healthcare actuarial analytics, with expertise in Medicare Advantage pricing and bid development
Compensation:

$150,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience
