Position Overview
This Clinical Psychiatric Care Specialist role is a critical part of our integrated care team within the Family Medicine at Richmond clinic. As a core member of our team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care, advocating for integrated behavioral health within the primary care setting. You will collaborate with patients, care team members, and community partners to deliver evidence-based care, utilizing advanced-level psychiatric skills in delivering care across the lifespan.

Responsibilities
* Provide integrated psychiatric care as part of a patient-centered medical home team, including care team consultation, collaborative care planning, and psychiatric medication management.
* Conduct comprehensive lifespan psychiatric assessments and develop effective management plans for patients experiencing various levels of acuity, including SPMI and complex social needs.
* Employ evidence-based practices, including screening and diagnostic tools, clinical interventions, laboratory tests, and monitoring for adverse effects of medications and interactions.
* Respond to crisis situations collaboratively with the integrated care team, ensuring timely and effective intervention.
* Engage in academic responsibilities, teaching within the scope of your discipline and providing educational experiences to OHSU learners, including Family Medicine residents.
* Participate in program and professional development to address emerging clinical needs among the patient population.

Requirements
* Current active PMHNP licensure in the state of Oregon.
* Advanced degree in Nursing and completion of specialty training in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.
* Active DEA certification.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience.
