Customer Service Liaison

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers in resolving issues related to our self-service experience. Your responsibilities will include navigating customers through the process of submitting an order through the self-service portal, handling calls from the customer service queue, and answering inquiries regarding customers' accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying outdated, obsolete, and duplicate documents from customer files.
