The Director of Cardiovascular Services is responsible for the direction, supervision, and evaluation of activities and performances in the professional practice of the Cardiovascular staff. This includes the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Echo Lab, and Cardiac Pre/Post Procedure Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of cardiovascular staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cardiovascular procedures and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required
- Masters degree in Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Management preferred
- 2+ years experience in cardiovascular setting required
- 1+ years experience in management required
