Key Responsibilities- Sell heavy-duty trucks and trailers to customers, utilizing your technical knowledge and sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform your sales strategy.
- Work closely with other departments, including parts, service, and new and used truck sales, to ensure seamless customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
- A minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in the heavy-duty truck industry.
- Valid CDL or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, with a commitment to meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
