About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Webflow. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving value for our Enterprise customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers, understanding their unique goals and business processes.
  • Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for growth and optimize their Webflow deployment.
  • Provide expert guidance on product questions, complex use cases, and workflows.
  • Conduct executive business reviews to assess progress and determine opportunities for deeper feature engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive renewal outcomes and forecast customer success.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success professional with a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a keen business sense. You should have prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS company or digital marketing agency.
