Position Overview
The HR Generalist plays a crucial role in delivering a broad range of human resources support within our organization. This position is vital for the administration and interpretation of HR policies and procedures, fostering employee relations, facilitating talent development and retention, overseeing new-hire onboarding, managing HRIS systems, and processing terminations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional HR support to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in managing employee relations and resolving issues in collaboration with the HR Manager.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Support compensation, benefits, and training initiatives as needed.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business with relevant experience (3 years in HR) or an Associate's degree with 4 years of HR experience is required.
- Experience in employee relations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is advantageous.
- A valid California Driver's License is necessary.
