Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Direct Sales professional to join our team at Wurth Electronics Midcom. As an Automotive Direct Sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with automotive customers, as well as managing existing relationships to drive sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned automotive customers, identifying new opportunities and managing existing projects to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Highlight the features and benefits of our products and services to customers, analyzing their applications and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Price Negotiations: Collaborate with customers to negotiate prices and develop mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales and field application engineering teams to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Trade Show and Conference Attendance: Represent Wurth Electronics Midcom at trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services.
