Position Overview:
Appalachian Underwriters is in search of a seasoned Regional Sales Executive to enhance our operations. This position is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and sustaining agency partnerships aimed at optimizing profitability. You will represent our carriers and agency partners in the designated region. This role requires remote work complemented by travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth.
- Identify and target prospective customers.
- Gather and organize feedback in a clear and concise format for review by management.
- Maintain accurate sales records to monitor, assess, and adjust performance and marketing strategies.
- Analyze sales trends, marketing tactics, and product performance; prepare and present reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with current and prospective carriers and clients.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
- Travel will be an essential component of this role.
