Your Role:

As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and oversee a dedicated team of Maintenance Technicians. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients to identify maintenance enhancements aimed at improving quality, reducing expenses, and boosting efficiency. Your expertise in Industrial Facility Maintenance will guide you in executing tasks safely while exemplifying high standards of quality. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will reinforce our reputation for excellence.


Key Skills for Success:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and schematic diagrams
  • Experience in troubleshooting and repairing dock doors, levelers, and restraints
  • Familiarity with MIG and TIG welding (certification preferred)
  • Experience with 480-volt 3 phase and 120/24-volt control systems
  • Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in Industrial Maintenance
  • Demonstrated high mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Journeyman status or equivalent training in an engineering field
  • Experience with maintenance planning software such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo
