Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Affinity Property Management. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all property systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of maintenance requests
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
