Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all property systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of maintenance requests
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
