• Take charge of financial accountability, including cash flow, assets, and profitability for the managed units.
• Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistently followed.
• Organize market meetings as necessary to address operational protocols, promotional activities, safety measures, and training initiatives.
• Execute marketing strategies and product promotions, ensuring new offerings are introduced in accordance with established standards.
• Optimize employee productivity and service quality across all managed locations, assigning tasks and evaluating staff performance.
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Provide constructive feedback, training, and coaching to restaurant management to ensure effective implementation of company strategies and standards.
• Encourage restaurant growth and mentor team members to address operational, customer service, and personnel challenges.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant multi-unit management experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives that enhance sales, customer traffic, and profitability.
• Experience in developing, managing, and leading a diverse team.
• A strong passion for culinary excellence and outstanding service.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving results.
• Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience in restaurant management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, both within and outside the designated market.
