We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Skyline Enterprises. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR partners and management in daily HR tasks, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Support HR partners and management in daily tasks, including creating evaluations, requests, and correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments, prepare presentations, and take minutes with precision and attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison to other HR departments, reviewing personnel documents and handling document and certification management.
- Onboard new colleagues, interns, and apprentices in the HR department, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Independently handle general tasks in office organization, maintaining a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
- Contribute to HR projects and special topics, such as administrative tasks and process improvements.
