Job Overview

BEDGEAR is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator & Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining a positive work environment.

This critical role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with senior leadership, department managers, and colleagues to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and guests.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
  • Support department managers with personnel matters and disciplinary actions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in human resources.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Salary Range: $18.82 - $41.20 per hour (based on experience).
