Basecamp Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intake Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in welcoming new patients and ensuring a smooth transition process.

Job Summary:

The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with referral partners, completing intake documents, and scheduling clinical assessments. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take incoming phone calls and respond to requests for program information
  • Perform eligibility interviews and determine appropriateness for clinical assessment
  • Schedule clinical assessments and coordinate with the clinical team
  • Review client handbooks and insurance information, complete ROI's, and coordinate housing and transportation
  • Develop and enhance relationships with referral sources and clients

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Decision making and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and community resources
  • Problem resolution skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
