About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at the Best Buy store in Birmingham, AL. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing Sonos products and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting their home theater technology.
  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos sales in assigned stores.
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus.
  • Be a star – bring your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative.
  • Customer-focused – wow them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Show them what you know – present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups.
  • Reliable ride – must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location.
  • Physical stamina – able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
  • Tech-ready – access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
Salary and Benefits

  • Seasonal Weekend Warrior: 12 hours per week, Saturdays, and Sunday 6 hr shifts starting on October 7th and running through January 6, 2025, with strong possibility of program being extended into next year.
