Job Overview

U.S. Cellular is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our retail sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of retail sales workers to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Train and evaluate employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or operations management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
