Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Terraces at Summitview - a HumanGood community. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with medication management, including administering medications and documenting medication administration.
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Participate in resident care planning, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or currently enrolled in a CNA program.
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
