Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary "Technical Account Manager" for designated clients, ensuring seamless coordination among sales, engineering, and product support teams.
  • Provide expert technical assistance to the Sales team through presentations, addressing inquiries, and organizing customer demonstrations in collaboration with the process lab.
  • Support the sales, order entry, and production planning teams in determining tool configurations and assessing customer specifications.
  • Engage directly with clients post-sale, managing and communicating Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) requests in partnership with the product support and local field service teams.
  • Conduct market analysis, track competitive trends, and identify customer requirements.
  • Formulate business strategies and define product positioning within the market.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to outline product roadmaps and innovate new products or enhance existing offerings.
  • Create targeted marketing strategies and initiatives for specific products or product lines to establish, enhance, or differentiate product presence in the competitive landscape.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or technology field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and/or semiconductor equipment.
Desirable Skills and Expertise:
  • In-depth understanding of equipment technology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor device architectures.
  • Proficiency in analytical methods (marketing and statistical).
  • Exceptional problem identification and resolution abilities.
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in non-native language capabilities, enabling the reading of technical documents and conducting complex discussions and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse groups.
  • Robust customer support experience in varied cultural contexts.
  • Advanced skills in business software applications for data aggregation, analysis, and report generation.
