Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and driving the completion of multiple concurrent heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience with heavy civil construction projects, including highways, roads, and asphalt, and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project execution through effective team management and coordination.
  • Serve as primary client liaison ensuring all project specifications are met.
  • Manage budgets, project schedules, and critical path methods.
  • Conduct field inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
  • Maintain clear communication with senior leadership and upper management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with heavy civil construction projects, including highways, roads, and asphalt.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the heavy civil construction industry.
  • Strong skills in managing schedules, budgets, and project controls.
