Job Summary:

The Bettis Companies LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of all IT systems, as well as providing technical assistance to users on laptops, desktops, and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure new computers and other computer equipment
Provide technical support to the network infrastructure, installation, administration, and configuration
Provide technical assistance to users on laptops, desktops, and software
Maintain proper communication with customers until the issue is resolved
Provide proper interaction and communication with leadership, team members, and customers
Assist with IT inventory record maintenance
Assist with other IT-related projects, as directed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or IT certifications preferred
Prior experience (2 years minimum) in experience with desktop engineering and support, including Windows operating system; storage and networking integration; testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting technologies to resolve issues
Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software (i.e. Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint etc.), hardware, and other equipment
Experience with Microsoft active directory
Patience, knowledge, and experience of customer service practices
Ability to multi-task and still meet deadlines
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
Self-Starter with the ability to be very organized and work with all levels of associates from within the company
Ability to lift 40 lbs
