Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a call center or operations environment.
  • Ability to conceptualize abstract concepts and apply critical thinking to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Medical terminology knowledge and experience working with an EHR.
  • SQL skills and experience with web-based and client/server applications.
