Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at WalkerHealthcare. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Client Partnership and Account Management teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and management of client requisitions, candidate information, and other account-related data using Excel and other databases.
  • Maintenance of online job boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice.
  • Research and assembly of information to support order management and internal/external update meetings.
  • Regular communication with the recruiting team and other internal departments as needed.
  • Backup support to sales coordinators and performance of other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher level degree preferred.
