About the Role:

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Affordable Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our properties, including marketing, maintenance, and resident services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing communities, including marketing, maintenance, and resident services.
  • Leadership and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, and participate in the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Six (6) months of previous customer service experience required, one (1) year of previous supervisory experience required, and five (5) years of previous property management experience are required.
  • Skills: Basic experience with MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel, and the ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, agreements, etc.
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
